Man Made ATM Withdrawals From Someone Else's Account: Cops

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a man who made several unauthorized withdrawals from someone else's bank account in August, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police are asking for the public’s help to identify and find the man who made the withdrawals from a customer’s account at Chase Bank, located at 1450 Old Country Road, on August 29, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about the incident can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and a message to “CRIMES” (274637) or by emailing www.tipsubmit.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
