Missing Riverhead Teen Found Safe
He was found by police and brought back to the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch, authorities say.
RIVERHEAD, NY — A teen missing from Riverhead has been found safe.
According to the Riverhead Police Department, on Friday at 10:12 p.m., Michael Benson, 16, was located by Southampton Police Department and was returned to Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in Riverhead without incident or injury.
He has been missing since he left a residence on Middle Road in Riverhead on Tuesday at 1 a.m.; no foul play was suspected, police said.
