Police: Riverhead Man Drives Drunk With 11-Year-Old Son in Car
The man was arrested under Leandra's Law on Thursday morning.

A Riverhead man was arrested on a Leandra’s Law violation after driving drunk with his 11-year-old son in the car in Riverhead on Thursday morning, according to Riverhead Town Police.
Martin Espindola Rojas, 41, was stopped shortly before 7 a.m. and found to be drunk with his son in the car, according to police.
He was charged with felony DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated unlicensed operation.
