Reward Offered For Safe Return Of 'Dazzle', Missing Duck

RIVERHEAD, NY — The Riverhead community is on the lookout for a missing duck.

Not a real duck, though: According to the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce, which has offered a $50 reward, Dazzle the Duck, "one of the star attractions from Riverhead’s brand new art installation 'Reflextions, Art in the Park', has gone missing! Shortly after a nor’easter hit Riverhead on Oct. 27, Dazzle disappeared," the Chamber said in a release.

Dazzle may have broken loose from his mooring, and Art in the Park curators are hoping someone rescued Dazzle and is keeping him safe so he can eventually be returned to his home in the park, where all can come back each year to enjoy him, the Chamber said.
