Riverhead School Budget Passes, Board Members Elected

Riverhead residents approved the district’s $125 million proposed budget on Tuesday by a margin of 1,863-1,057, according to RiverheadLocal.

The budget represents a 3.81 percent spending increase over the current year.

On the Riverhead Board of Education, Incumbent Sue Koukounos won re-election and Ann Cotten DeGrasse was also elected.
