Billy Crystal Grabs a Bite at the Laurel Diner
Long Beach native was in town for his 50th high school reunion.

When a Long Islander comes home for their high school reunion, they don’t leave until they grab a bite to eat at their local diner. And Billy Crystal is no exception to that tradition.
Crystal and the rest of the Long Beach High School Class of 1965 came back home for their 50th reunion this weekend.
While in town Saturday, Crystal stopped at the newly refurbished Laurel Diner. The Long Beach staple was a logical choice for lunch, as his graduation ceremony was held next door in what used to be the Laurel Theater.
