Woman Missing From Riverhead Found Safe: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — A 72-year old woman missing from the Concern for Independent Living facility in Riverhead was found safe, police said.

Theresa Kusterbeck was reported missing Wednesday after last being seen on Tuesday at around noon at her residence, the Concern for Independent Living, located at 260 West Main Street in Riverhead, police said.

She had not had any contact with staff at the facility despite numerous attempts to reach her; her whereabouts or possible destinations were unknown, police said.

She was found without incident by Wednesday afternoon, police said.
