Teen Missing From Timothy Hill Children's Ranch: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a teen who's been missing from Riverhead since Tuesday, police said.

Tyrell Wilson, 15, is a black male, 5 feet, 3 inches, 120 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair; he went missing from the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch on Middle Road, police said.

His disappearance is not believed to be suspicious, police said.
