The primary mission of House of Sports is to expose young athletes to high-level coaches and semi-pro training that was previously unavailable. Elementary to college-aged athletes will be motivated to uncover their personal best, pursue athletic excellence and reach their true potential under the guidance of distinguished mentors. The all-weather, year-round facility will also serve as an after-hours, sports haven for adults who want to get back into “their game.”
Facility programming will consist of year round, private, semi-private and clinic training for beginner to elite level athletes. Instruction is based on the student athlete’s ability and goals, whether they want to improve their skills, qualify for a traveling team or gain acceptance to a top college team. Classes will consist of a one-to-five coach-to-student ratio. Nationally known staff and coaches (see sidebar) include former IMG Academies, NCAA National Championship and AAU National Championship coaches and players from Duke, Concordia, Fairfield and San Jose State University.
