The holidays mean lots of social occasions, so it’s not surprising that people want to look and feel their best.  And that might mean “refreshing” one’s face – which just got a little easier to do.  Dr. Ameet Goyal, noted oculoplastic surgeon and the founder of Rye Eye Associates in Rye, NY has announced a new association with the Oasis Day Spa in Dobbs Ferry and is now offering minimally invasive injectables, including Botox for fine lines and wrinkles and Restylane and Juvederm for lip enhancement and facial contouring.  He is also offering consultations for eye, brow, and mid-facial lifts, at Oasis. Appointments are available on Saturdays, from 10 am to 4 pm.

Dr. Goyal is one of the most finely trained and skilled ophthalmologists in the tri-state area and is highly regarded for his specialty work as an ophthalmic plastic surgery. He has close to twenty years of advanced training and in depth experience in caring for the eyes and sensitive areas around the face.

Dr. Goyal attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine, where he discovered a passion for ophthalmology during his clinical rotations. He then did his internship in internal medicine at West Virginia University.

Upon completing his ophthalmology residency at the University of Louisville, Dr. Goyal was awarded the Pride in Caring Award for his compassion and outstanding patient care. He continued on to Wills Eye Hospital, one of the top three eye care programs in the country, where he completed an accredited fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Goyal is a member of ASOPRS (American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery), a selective organization of approximately 500 oculo-plastic surgeons with stringent credentialing requirements. He is currently in private practice in Rye and Wappingers Falls, and teaches at Westchester Medical Center, where he is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at New York Medical College. Over the past 12 years, Dr. Goyal has also taught several ophthalmology board review courses.
