At Mitchell of New London on the 22nd, Dan Cohen (Ardsley '08) of Mt. St. Vincent had a total of 4 shots, 3 goals, and 3 give backs in the 9-4 win. At SUNYIT on the 24th, he had another big game, scoring 3 goals on 6 attempts, having 5 give backs, and 3 turnovers in the 12-5 win.
Cohen opened the scoring, then gave the Dolphins a 4-3 lead with goal number 2 in the second period, and his 3rd tally came midway in the third. So far, in ten games, he leads in goals scored with 19, and in 5 of the 11 team categories.

In a home game with the U. of New England on the 22nd, Justin Figueroa (Arsdley '09) had his first goal of his collegiate career, plus 1 give back, as the Manhattanville Valiants bowed to the visitors, 11-6. With his team behind in the opening period, 3-1, he narrowed the gap with his tally.
Bentley defeated Pace at Pleasantville on the 24th, as Tom Murphy (Hastings '08) of the Setters had 2 shots, with 1 on goal, plus 2 givebacks and 3 turnovers in the 9-2 game.
Mercy Baseball

Mercy College baseball senior Billy Dring pitched seven impressive innings before getting into trouble in the eighth as the Mavericks dropped an ECC contest to Dowling, 9-1. Junior Nick Papas tripled Mercy's lone run in in the second inning to take a 1-0 lead.

The Mercy College softball team swept a doubleheader from Post University today (March 21) by final scores of 7-2 and 4-3.
