Getting over Brick Walls

The Westchester County Genealogical Society welcomes back Tony Lauriano with a talk on the Overcoming the Brick Walls in Your Research on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 10am. The meeting will take place at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 600 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry which is across from Mercy College on route 9.

Tony Lauriano is a retired Director of Finance for the Catholic hospitals of the Brooklyn / Queens Diocese. He is an amateur genealogist who has delivered lectures at high school and library adult programs as well as genealogical societies in the New York / New Jersey areas. His approach is to give short cut methods to research when our time and family history information is limited.

Everyone hits a brick wall when they are researching their families.  Lauriano will give clues and examples on how to get over different type of brick walls.
