The Irvington PTSA is presenting "Parent to Parent: Talking Personally About the College Process" this Thursday evening—a different take on the college admissions process.
Rather than leave the college process up to the high-cost experts, some Irvington parents decided to host a meeting with the parents of current seniors talking to parents of freshman, sophomores, and juniors about the ups and downs of the college process—offering tips and advice in a non-competitive atmosphere.
Five parents will speak about different aspects of the process and one current senior will add the student perspective.
The program will take place in the Irvington High School Campus Presentation Room, which is just off the Irvington HS library, at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
