'Planet Rock' A Mad Science Workshop

The Village of Hastings Recreation Department has teamed up with Mad Science of Westchester and Manhattan to create three interesting and educational workshops for children in grades K - 4.

The second workshop, 'Planet Rock', is on Dec. 28 between 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

"We'll travel to the center of the earth and unlock the mysteries of the planet. Then discover the power of weather like hurricanes, tornadoes and thunderstorms. Take home your own U.V. ray detector!"
