Preventing Cyberbullying: Lecture at WJCS

The lecture, which is sponsored by Westchester Jewish Community Services, will address the troublesome issue of Cyberbullying.

The presenters will include: Sharon Charles, LCSW and Elizabeth Miller, LCSW, who are Coordinators of Margaret's Place, a domestic violence education, prevention and intervention program funded by the Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation and administered locally by WJCS.

"The presenters will look at outcomes and risk factors for youth being bullied and those bullying, including indicators correlating depression to bullying. They also will discuss strategies and resources for supporting families who are struggling with this issue."
