Spoken Interlude: Authors Read Selections

Critically acclaimed authors will read from their works:

  • Andre Dubus III reads from his new memoir, Townie. Wally Lamb said, "Whatever it cost Dubus to bare his soul and write this brutally honest and life-affirming memoir, it is an extraordinary gift to his readers."
  • Jennifer Gilmore reads from her novel, Something Red. "In this wonderfully funny and compelling story of a splintering suburban family, Gilmore has written an intimate social history of three generations." - Washington Post

Dinner buffet from 6 pm - 7:30 pm (arrive anytime).  Spoken Interludes 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm.  Book signing with the writers from 8:45 pm - 9:30 pm.
