Spoken Interlude: Authors Read Selections

Spoken Interlude brings authors to readers. 

  • Award-winning, best selling author Frank Delaney will read from his book The Matchmaker of Kenmare.  "Delaney is a master stroyteller, and this expansive tale of politics, tragedy, and revenge is Irish storytelling at its best." --Library Journal
  • Eleana Gorokhova reads from her memoir A Mountain of Crumbs.  "A moving memoir about one woman's journey from the Soviet Union...Captivating." --The Daily Beast.
  • New York Times writer David Itzkoff reads from his memoir Cocaine's Son.  "A remarkable story, beautifully told, sad and painful and funny and hopeful, with a realistic and nuanced message about reconciliation and redumption..I couldn't stop reading." --David Sheff, author.

Supper buffet will be held between 6 pm - 7:30 pm.  Spoken Interludes from 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm, and book signings from 8:45 pm-9:30 pm.
