The purpose of this focus group is to identify the personal and professional qualities and credentials that parents and the community want the next Springhurst Principal to possess. The Board would like to hear your responses to the following questions:
- What are the qualities/successes that you value the most in our elementary school?
- What do you see as some of the major challenges that the new elementary principal will face over the next three to five years?
- What types of prior experiences and personal and professional qualities would you want the new elementary principal to have?
