Tips for Navigating Key Genealogy Websites

The Westchester County Genealogical Society welcomes Tony Lauriano with a talk on Navigating Key Genealogy Websites on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 10am. The meeting will take place at the Aldersgate Methodist Church, 600 Broadway in Dobbs Ferry which is across from Mercy College on route 9.

Tony Lauriano has been lecturing in New York and New Jersey on Genealogy since his retirement in 2005. Retired as an accountant, Lauriano brings the same research effort and detail into his genealogy research. While more and more information is coming online, there are some genealogy websites everyone should use.  During this talk, Lauriano will demonstrate several key genealogy sites and share his experiences using them for researching for clients and his own family

WCGS regularly presents speakers on genealogical topics at its monthly meeting on the 2nd Saturday each month. WCGS welcomes all interested in searching their family roots. Guests are warmly welcome. There will be refreshments & genealogical networking starting at 9:30am.
