HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY - A Holocaust survivor spoke with 500 Hastings High School students Thursday during an assembly.
Ed Lessing survived in Holland during Nazi occupation by hiding with his family and posing as a Christian farm worker.

The assembly was organized in response to what police said was a bias crime in January.
Houses were egged and graffiti in the form of swastikas were painted on them.
