If Thursday night January 2 counts due to holiday week check out An Beal Bocht for Celtic World Jazz

Greetings, friends and music lovers far and near. Season’s greetings from Sleeping Bee, otherwise known as Lindsey Horner, Andy Goessling, Randy Crafton and Timothy Hill. We have a special gift for you in the form of a new/old song recorded especially for the season that’s in it. “There is No Rose” is a carol dating back to the 15th century and we have reimagined it for these times.
The words are ancient and traditional, full of innocent wonder and nature imagery. The music is by Lindsey, all the boys helped arrange it, and it was recorded at Randy’s excellent studio, Kaleidoscope Sound. It’s available as a FREE DOWNLOAD for a limited time by going to this link:   http://cdbaby.com/cd/sleepingbee  , at least through Twelfth Night (Jan. 5th).
Though it is ostensibly a Christmas song, it can be enjoyed all through the year. So, do enjoy it and please feel free to share the link with anyone else you think may also like hearing it so that the gift can keep on giving.
And for those in the New York area, we will be playing at An Beal Bocht in the Bronx, Thursday, Jan. 2nd at 9pm.   445 W 238th St (at between Greystone and Waldo Avenues), Bronx, NY 10463    FOOD and drink -- Not that far away!
