Man Arrested For Sending Anti-Semitic Email To Greenburgh Supervisor: Police

The supervisor had questioned the appropriateness of a Confederate memorial in a cemetery.

GREENBURGH, NY — An arrest has been made for the sending of an anonymous email with anti-Semitic language to the Greenburgh town supervisor. Timothy Goetze, 42, of White Plains has been accused of sending a hate-filled email to Supervisor Paul Feiner, after Feiner questioned in a Journal News article whether a Confederate memorial in Hastings was appropriate.

The investigation was conducted by Greenburgh police in conjunction with the Westchester County District Attorney, the Journal News said.

Goetze is being held on $25,000 bond.
