Proposed Assisted Living Facility Public Hearing Dec. 9
Brightview Senior Living is planning to build a 150-unit complex at 88-94 North Broadway in Irvington.
A public hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 9 in Irvington to discuss the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Brightview Senior Living development at 88-94 North Broadway.
The proposed complex would feature 150 residential units for seniors, 85 of which would be for independent living and 65 for assisted living.
Developers plan to build on the site of an office building on east side of Broadway. The village Board of Trustees reviewed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and deemed it worthy of moving forward to a public hearing, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Trustees Meeting Room of Village Hall, 85 Main Street in Irvington.
