In the opener he went 4-4, including a 2 bagger, scored a run and had 1 run batted in, an then in the night cap, he batted 2-3, had 2 r.b.i.s, and walked once. He played right field in both games, and was lead-off batter in the 2nd contest.

In the first of two games at home with St. John Fisher on Feb. 25th, a 17-1 loss, Gary Riefenhauser (D.F.'10) of Purchase pitched 1.1 innings in relief, where in he gave up 4 runs on 2 hits, walked 3, and hit 1 batter.

At North Carolina Wesleyan on Feb. 28th, Johnson & Wales won the game, 6-5. Shortstop Alex Pezzuto (H'10) hit 2-4 at bat, scored 1 run, walked once, and had a stolen base.
