Funeral services for Duncan are scheduled for Wednesday in Harlem, and his wife Rechelle told WABC-TV that she still cannot understand how such an accident could have occurred. Moreano is believed to have traveled in the wrong direction for two miles before the crash.

“I don’t what the hell, I don’t even know how that’s possible, quite honestly,” she told WABC-TV. “I don’t even know how that’s possible.”

A wake for Duncan will be held beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem with the funeral to follow at 10 a.m.

“Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have information in connection with this incident is asked to contact the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Hawthorne by calling (914)769-2600,” state police said in a press release Monday.
