FBI's Operation Summer Heat targets Rochester drug network, arresting suspects and seizing weapons (whec.com) — Federal agents and Rochester police say a coordinated "Summer Heat" crackdown has targeted a local drug network, taking guns off city streets and arresting suspects tied to violent crime. Officials highlighted a new Rochester Safe Streets Task Force, stressing that their focus on reducing neighborhood violence will continue beyond the summer.
