The Rockville Centre Crime Report

On April 3 at 4:45 p.m., Robert Bosotina, 46, of St. Marks Avenue, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault during an investigation at Rockville Centre Police Headquarters.

On April 5 at 9:56 a.m., Troy D. Ellis, 49, of Amityville, was arrested and charged with second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and traffic infractions after he was observed operating a vehicle on Sunrise Highway.

On April 7 at 1:05 a.m., Joseph Altamura, 22, of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment during a disturbance on Merrick Road.

On April 8 at 4:25 a.m., Daniel Duarte, 31, of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic infraction after he was allegedly involved in an auto accident on Hempstead Avenue.
