RVC Parking Ticket Corruption

This Village has a protected class of people and Colleges that are immune from Parking Tickets. If the majority of tax paying citizens sit at a expired meter, no parking or no standing zone. We are immediately ticketed. Every day the RVC Police and RVC Parking enforcement ignore the law when it comes to the protected class. I don't know how this corruption began. I don’t know what qualifications you need to make this list. I do know that the Molloy Bus parks every day in a no standing zone on Front Street in front of the LIRR station with immunity to cause potential traffic accidents.  Over the last year I have made 4 formal complaints to the Police desk on Maple Ave. I have spoken to two desk sergeants, a police aide and the head of the Parking enforcement. I never received a copy of my complaint. I was told each time they would look into it. Look in to it my a_ _ . Finally, while outside the Front street Bakery last week. I stopped a Parking enforcement agent and pointed to the Molloy Bus and asked him will he ticket the Molloy Bus. I’m paraphrasing here; he told me he does not ticket the bus because the Police commissioner told him NOT TO TICKET MOLLOY. I said you have to be kidding. And he said they were not the only people he was told not to ticket. He said you would not believe how many people he cannot ticket. I know the Police will deny this, the Mayor will be outraged. They will want proof to a practice they created. Just read the Patch this is all I have. If, you have gotten a ticket lately.
