RYE, NY - A panel discussion at Rye High School will delve into the risks of drug abuse, something that continues to vex the Hudson Valley.

Addiction specialists, parents who have lost children to drugs and the Rye police commissioner will lead the session, which is called “Saving Lives, Changing Lives, A Call to Action!” according to an article at lohud.com.
