A prix-fixe barbecue tasting buffet will be prepared by Chefs Juan Lepe, Roberto Lepe and Darrell Balcher of Roasted Peppers on Wednesday, June 26, beginning at 7 p.m. The menu will include fish, chicken, pasta and vegetables.
The following dishes will be offered:
- Grilled lemon pepper tilapia
- Couscous and veggie salad
- BBQ chicken
- Grilled vegetable kebobs
- Fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil salad
- Corn bread
The trio of chefs opened Roasted Peppers, an American/Mexican cuisine restaurant, in Mamaroneck in mid-2009.
