BREAKING NEWS? Is this Joe Sack's choice for new City Manager?

It seems to me Joe Sack wants to be Mayor, City Manager and perhaps even the Judge so why not just appoint himself?

As long as Sack is doing the search for a City Manager in secret, no one would even know until after he appointed himself.
