Celebrate Mother's Day Mother-Daughter Yoga and Creativity with Sherri Snyder-Roche, MA Psychotherapy, LMHC

This three-hour workshop is filled with playful and creative ways to connect and communicate. Kundalini Yoga, creative arts, relaxation, and meditation will be woven through the workshop providing a verbal and non-verbal approaches to deepen your connection and compassion.
