3 Hour Workshop • 1-4pm

Strengthen your relational connection by weaving in nurturing and playful experiences of Kundalini partner yoga, creative expression, gentle touch, and specific exercises to deepen your compassion for each other. No yoga or art experience necessary. Just bring an open heart.
