Kids, wear your Halloween costume, listen to not-too-scary stories told by Nora Maher and Erin Lee Kelly of Storytime Stage, get a trick-or-treat bag, and parade through the Rye Free Reading Room collecting candy. This special Halloween program for children ages 4 and up will take place on Tuesday, October 26, at 6 p.m.
