Why doesn't Sack want to accept this free $3,000,000? Is it because the City of Rye would have to provide records? Is it discriminatory?
Memo to Joe Sack: Just because you say you and the City of Rye do not discriminate doesn’t mean you don’t. I think a good comparison would be Sack saying he is open and transparent when he is not.
