For the past 3 years Rye officials have said they have been confidentially and competently pursuing Travelers Insurance for recovery of over $2 million in taxpayer losses arising out of the Rye Golf Club swindle, the largest fraud ever in city history.
It’s now been three months since Travelers officially told Rye, and a Federal Judge, what they actually think about Rye’s ongoing activities and actions.
