Explore the dancer in you. Express your inner self and your relationship with the Earth. Unite your heart and passion with your body and the powerful energy that flows through you. Dance through the basic rhythms of the five elements: water, wood, fire, earth and metal. You will acquire a new understanding of yourself while you stretch, strengthen and move naturally to a variety of exhil- arating percussions and inspiring soulful music.
