In each of the workshops, a series of strokes and stretches is demonstrated which you will have plenty of time to practice with your baby. Through the workshops you will gradually build a routine for the legs, arms, abdomen, chest, back, head and face, which you will then be able to combine in any way that suits you and your baby. You will also learn massage to offer relief for particular conditions such as colds, colic, hiccups, constipation, diarrhea and teething irritability.

The small group workshops meet once a week for about an hour each session. The workshops are fun, sociable and very relaxed – if your baby needs to feed, have a diaper change, a different position, or simply a cuddle, you can always take a break. Oil and massage notes are provided for you to take home and practice.

Babies of all ages are welcome, from tiny newborns to more active crawlers.
