Maybe if Falk looks a little harder in his desk he could find his HS diploma or GED that were required to get the job. The Rye City Council say there are no such records in Rye’s possession.

It should be noted that when Compagnone was accused of attacking a woman in Rye City Court, Falk took no action whatsoever. Falk didn’t investigate the complaint. Did he hide this complaint in his desk too?

The allegations of concealing/destroying of evidence by Falk and others is not an isolated allegation. There are numerous examples of Connors, Falk, Verille, Pickup, Shew, Nodarse, Wilson and the Rye City Council improperly concealing records.
I believe it is ridiculous for the City’s attorneys to say there was no willful or bad faith conduct on the part of anyone.
