Opinion: This may be a good time for Sack to ask to see Falk's GED or HS diploma

According to news reports, Falk claims to have not read a crucial report from Ortiz concerning the Caspi case that was addressed to Falk. Falk has also claimed to have never read the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

What exactly is Falk’s job supposed to be if he doesn’t read reports such as the Caspi report and did not read the CBA that dictates how the Rye Police Department is supposed to be managed? Keep in mind Rye doesn’t have a beach patrol.

I believe Sack should immediately demand to see if the guy he made his Police Commissioner last year, Robbie Falk, has a GED or HS diploma (Falk claims he dropped out of HS). Maybe Falk can’t read at the big boy level. To date, the City of Rye claims it does not have Falk’s GED or HS diploma in their possession.

Amazingly, Sack has now put Falk in charge of the Detective Division where other reports like the Caspi report that he supposedly didn’t read for ten years are kept. Is this really where Falk should be?
