At this ceremonial meeting, you will:

+ Pray for all Beings and pass the talking stick,
providing a safe, powerful space to support each
other in our process and soul’s journey
+ Begin by honoring the Grandmothers/Grandfathers
and our inner elder
+ Explore the medicine wheel, all the elements, stages
of life, challenges and power
+ Express reflections, questions, needs and deep wisdom

Activities may include indigenous crafts and ceremony,
meditation, shamanic journey, sacred movement and ceremony.
