Rye Brook Resident Followed Home And Carjacked: Police
Two men in a Mercedes-Benz are suspected in the attack shortly after the victim parked and exited his car on Saturday.
RYE BROOK, NY — Investigators are asking the public for help tracking down the suspects responsible for assaulting a resident and stealing his car.
The Rye Brook Police Department said that early Saturday, in the Country Ridge Drive area, a resident was followed to his home by two men in a Mercedes-Benz. As he exited his car, the two men assaulted him and stole his car.
The Rye Brook Police Department and the Westchester County Police Real Time Crime Center are investigating the incident. Officials said they do not believe the assailants are still in the area.
