RYE, NY — All around the Hudson Valley, people will be taking the opportunity Monday to remember the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001. Flags on state government buildings will be flown at half-staff on Sept. 11 in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 men, women and children who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks.
In Rye, a 9-11 Ceremony honoring those lost in the tragic events of that day will be held at the Locust Ave. Firehouse at 5:30 p.m.
