Rye Golf Club Workers Plan Protest at City Hall
The workers say they were cheated out of gratuities.

RYE, NY — Workers who said they were cheated out of gratuities under a former Rye Golf Club manager will stage a protest Wednesday outside Rye City Hall.
Lawyers for the workers have filed a class action suit for $4 million and the plaintiffs include waiters, bartenders, kitchen staff and other hourly employees, according to an article at myrye.com.
Former Rye Golf Club manager Scott Yandrasevich, 51, was sentenced in August 2015 to a term of 1 to 3 years in prison for the theft of more than $270,000 from the municipal golf course.
