Is this Sack's Octopus? Is Sack enabling his landlord at the 120 Old Post Road site?

It seems Sack wants to create a new building zone at 120 Old Post Road. Is it because his landlord is the lead attorney for this project?

It seems to me Sack is going to lead the way to rubber stamp a brand new zoning district for his landlord who is the lead attorney behind this huge proposed development at 120 Old Post Road.

Why not wait until the new City of Rye Master Plan is developed because perhaps this type of project and new zoning would not be in Rye’s best interest?
