Sack's response to possible crimes being committed by Rye PD administrators? Punt.
Why would Sack want a City Manager, who has only days left, and an interim Police Commissioner look into criminal allegations at the Rye PD?
Why would Sack want a City Manager, who has only days left in his tenure, and a short timer interim Police Commissioner look into what amounts to criminal allegations at the Rye PD unless he possibly wants to coverup the possible crimes?
Why not ask the Westchester DA and the US Attorney to look into these serious allegations?

Who are you protecting Mayor Sack and why?
It seems to me Mayor Sack may be more interested in trying to protect his own legacy than holding possible criminals responsible because he made Falk the acting Commissioner last year. As dumb as that decision was, these allegations and the formal request by Falk’s own co-workers to remove Falk from his position at the Rye PD, are making Sack look even dumber.

Why won’t Sack release the telephone records and e-mails between Falk and Kristen Wilson?
Maybe Sack can give some proclamation to some Rye Brownies or some other group at the next City Council meeting instead of addressing these serious allegations.
