Immerse yourself in a profoundly relaxing and deeply healing experience. Clear stuck energy, open your energy centers and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with a combination of gentle deep guided relaxation, and gentle healing gong baths.

As you relax, the gong tones will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body. Your mind and body enter into a deep state of meditation where healing on a subatomic level is possible. These classes are appropriate for complete beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners.
