Belly Dance is a powerful shamanic movement journey through the elements of creation - earth, water, fire, air and the etheric – each with their own quality of movement and way of massaging the joints and organs of the body as well as expressing a trajectory of life force energy to heal all beings.

It is a practice that will empower you to realize your dreams, energize, stay in shape, as well as have fun. If you are already a student of belly dance, this class will provide a fresh, spiritual, improvisational aspect. If you are a beginner, it is a good introduction to this ancient, shamanic art of the body, emotions, mind and spirit.
