After all of the controversy surrounding Pickup, Shew and Novak, Sack is now doing the hiring of our 10th City Manager since 2001 in secret behind closed door.

Why is Sack doing this in secret?

Maybe Sack should start interviewing people to be our 11th City Manager too.
