A 3-Day Yin Yoga training class will be offered by Corina Benner, internationally known Yin Yoga trainer.
She will be at Wainwright House Nov. 6-8th for a 25 hour certification in Yin Yoga. This is open to Yoga teachers, as well as students wishing to deepen their practice. Corina has founded and is the Director of Wake Up Yoga, and has taught at such prestigious institutions as the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC. The trainings will be from 9AM to 6PM. Housing is available at a moderate fee.
